WHERE MY JOURNEY BEGAN
I’ve been an athlete my whole life and never thought I needed to pay attention to what I ate. Over the years as life demanded more of my time and energy, I could no longer outrun my poor eating habits. I began noticing subtle changes such as shortness of breath, muscle fatigue and a decline in my body's performance. Overtime, those changes affected both my physical and emotional well-being.
It became clear that something needed to change.
On July 1, 2023, I committed to a simple whole foods plan. Over the last 3-years I've learned more than I expected. Ailments I was told I would need to live with began to regress, even surprising the experts. Strength, clarity and most importantly a renewed sense of self-empowerment was the biproduct from the shift I had made.
I share this because many individuals reach a point where things stop working and it's no longer clear what a different way forward looks like. They don't realize they still have the power and time to make change possible by starting simple.
THE MISSION
This work is about creating self-awareness without pressure and treating attention as an act of self-respect. Discipline lasts when it is how you live, not something you are trying to achieve.
Food is simply the medium.
